Planning & Insights Manager

Help shape the future of Eildon and the communities we serve. We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Planning & Insights Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping Eildon’s future. You’ll play a central role in how we plan, perform and improve, helping ensure our homes and services remain sustainable, responsive and focused on what matters most to our customers. Working closely with our Executive Team and wider Leadership Group, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, using evidence, analysis and judgement to support confident decision-making and long‑term thinking aligned to our long‑term priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver our multi‑year financial and business planning
  • Build performance frameworks and insight that genuinely drive improvement
  • Turn complex data into clear, meaningful stories and recommendations
  • Strengthen business cases and risk management across the organisation

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial, corporate or performance planning at a senior level
  • A strong analytical mindset and natural curiosity
  • The ability to influence, challenge and support senior leaders
  • Professional qualification or experience in strategic financial analysis
