Hillcrest Homes is seeking a Clerk of Works to act as the on-site quality inspector for our housing development and refurbishment projects. The role covers East Lothian, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth and Kinross, and Dundee, with daily site travel across multiple local authorities.
You will work with project officers, the development team and external stakeholders to ensure delivery to standards, programme and regulatory requirements. Experience and strong IT skills are essential.
