Do you want to make a difference? Then why not join an award-winning social housing provider that puts people first. We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join our Housing Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have a housing-related qualification (equivalent to at least CIH Level 4) or relevant experience in a similar role. They should also be a member of a professional housing body. In addition, they will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

  • Managing a busy workload across a wide range of housing services
  • Identifying support requirements and providing a referral and advice service
  • Conducting pre-let interviews, accompanied viewings and sign-ups
  • Working alongside other colleagues to support income management processes
  • Working to set standards, frameworks, performance measures and protocols
  • Establishing effective external working relationships with partners and external stakeholders

A full driving licence and access to a car for business use is essential for this role. Applicants should embody our brand values by being accountable, firm but fair, open and honest, and versatile.
