Ochil View Housing Association Ltd. is an ambitious social landlord committed to providing good quality affordable housing and high standards of customer service to over 1450 households in Clackmannanshire and West Fife.

We wish to recruit a suitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individual for the following post:

Director of Finance and Corporate Services

EVH Grade 9, SM8-10 (£64,959 - £68,310 pa plus Car User’s Allowance £1,708 pa)

The hours for this permanent post will amount to 35 hours per week. The Association operates a flexible working system with a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight and some homeworking also available. More information can be provided at the interview.

Job Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for all Finance, Audit and other corporate services
  • To service the Board by way of quarterly management accounts and other key financial reports
  • To lead, motivate and develop three members of staff in the Finance team
  • To contribute to the overall policy and procedures formation of the Association
  • To be an effective member of the Senior Management Team of the Association
