Responsibilities

  • Identify, prepare, and continually improve asset management information.
  • Manage Stock Condition Survey records ensuring data stays current.
  • Assist in identifying delivery models for planned maintenance and contract works.
  • Manage contract files and provide general office support.
  • Develop and manage action plans from major component replacement programmes.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Asset Management or construction, or comparable experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of leading asset management processes.
  • Experience managing Stock Condition Survey data.
  • Understanding of maintenance delivery models and contract works.
  • Ability to develop action plans for major replacement programmes.

Other Requirements

  • A valid, in‑date driving licence.
  • Access to a car insured for business use.
