Do you have a passion for helping others? Are you customer focused with good organisational skills? Are you enthusiastic about finding the right solution for our customers when faced with challenges and changes in their homes? If so, our Tenant Liaison role could be for you!

This post is varied and exciting, providing front-line support to our customers via telephone, email or in person at their homes. You will be working within our RAAC Project Team whose principal objective is to assist our customers whilst significant work is being carried out in their home.

Location Details: Our office is based in Livingston; however, we have a flexible approach to our working arrangements in line with role requirements and our hybrid working policy.
