Location: HQ, Explorer Road, Dundee - DD2 1EG.

Responsibilities
The HR and Organisational Development Manager role is pivotal in leading and implementing strategic people and Organisational Development initiatives that enable Hillcrest to deliver on its mission of helping people live better lives. Your remit will be diverse, spanning across 3 companies and include organisational development, talent management, employee experience, culture, workforce planning and continuous improvement of HR and Organisational Development frameworks, policies and practices. You will be a key partner to senior leaders, ensuring our people and organisational development strategy aligns with organisational goals, reflects best practice, and supports our values driven approach.

- Is a strong and effective leader
- Is experienced in HR and Organisational Development ideally within a complex or multi‑disciplinary organisation
- Brings strong strategic insight alongside hands on capability
- Is passionate about developing people and enabling positive organisational culture
- Has excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in an environment where innovation, continuous improvement and people centred approaches are at the heart of the organisation
- Is a Chartered member of CIPD
