Waverley Housing is seeking an experienced housing professional to lead and improve our Housing Management service, guiding Officers and the Housing Assistant to deliver high-quality tenancy management, rent arrears handling, antisocial behaviour responses and estate care.

This senior role combines frontline leadership with a focus on service improvement and compliance, supporting colleagues and driving positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
