The Group includes subsidiaries Kirkgate Developments and TLC Housing Maintenance, supporting sustainable communities across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and vision across the organisation and work with the Board to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic direction, growth and long‑term sustainability.
- Ensure robust governance, financial strength and effective risk management underpin all aspects of the business while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Lead and inspire the Executive and wider staff team, fostering a culture that reflects Grampian Housing Association’s values of respect, integrity, commitment and empathy.
- Act as the principal ambassador for the Group, building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, local and national government, lenders and partner organisations.
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and innovation, including through the effective use of the Group’s subsidiary companies, to support strategic objectives and benefit customers.
- Lead change and inspire confidence during periods of complexity, ensuring the Group remains resilient in a shifting regulatory and economic environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven senior executive with substantial experience in a regulated, customer‑focused environment.
- Strong track record in strategic leadership, governance and organisational performance.
- Ability to lead change and inspire confidence during periods of complexity.
- Sound understanding of housing policy, finance and risk management.
- Capacity to build effective relationships at the highest levels with regulators, government, lenders and partners.
Benefits
- Annual salary £115,396 – £117,801 (entry point £115,396).
