We are seeking a new Chief Executive to lead Thenue and be responsible to the Board of Management for its overall success. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a transformational leader who can drive performance, innovation, and customer engagement across the Association and its subsidiaries.
Key Objectives:
β’ Foster a culture of excellence, value for money, and continuous improvement.
β’ Champion customer and community engagement, delivering innovative services.
β’ Drive growth through new services and innovative methods to achieve social objectives.
β’ Promote environmental sustainability and responsible business practices.
β’ Maximise value from economies of scale and synergies.
β’ Lead effective asset management strategies to optimise asset value.
β’ Provide strategic leadership to the Executive team, ensuring coordinated Strategic Plans
and collaboration across the Association.
β’ Ensure excellent governance, service delivery, and stakeholder relationships.
β’ Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
