Curb is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of project, programme and contracts management services relevant to the investment and maintenance of properties serviced by Curb. The successful candidate will ensure that properties are maintained and adapted to a high standard, achieve excellent customer satisfaction levels and be compliant with current standards.
The post will monitor and report on the budget for the allocated Planned Maintenance Programme projects including adaptations. It will include a full range of maintenance activities, compilation of maintenance programmes, and ensure effective procurement/contract administration/project delivery/grant administration for adaptations. The primary function of the role is to deliver end-to-end project management services related to planned investment and adaptation works.
About You
Educated to degree level, with relevant technical qualifications and chartered status or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB, APM, the postholder will have proven experience of delivering capital or major works projects including client-side project management or contract administration experience and responsibility for cost control, programme management, risk and change management. Sound professional knowledge of maintenance and investment project delivery within construction or property environments is required for this role. Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance, including CDM Regulations 2015 client duties is essential for this post as well as technical experience and knowledge of procurement and best practices; ensuring full governance/compliance for planned/cyclical works and associated activities.

Location: This post is based at Link’s Falkirk office.
Salary: £54,002.00 - £67,651.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
