About the Role: Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for a Repairs & Void Team Leader to join our team.

About You: We’re looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused leader to oversee our reactive repairs and voids team. You’ll motivate and support our team of Repairs Advisors, monitor contractor performance and budgets, and use data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Confident managing complex cases and handling complaints, you’ll ensure works are delivered right first time, on schedule and to a high standard, while maintaining accurate records.
