Salary: £29,124.00 – £31,763.00 annually (based on a 36.75‑hour week), pro‑rated for 21 hours.

Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3,000 tenants and 700 owner‑occupiers to whom we provide a factoring service. Role
Working at night, you will provide a range of services to residents across the Association’s stock, including:
- Security
- Repairs
- Caretaking
- Call handling and customer service
Ensuring a high‑quality standard is provided at all times.
On Offer
- Competitive salary of £31,763 (based on a 36.75‑hour week) pro‑rated salary for a 21‑hour week
- 17 days annual leave (pro‑rated)
- 15 days public holiday (pro‑rated)
