The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
Temporary (Maternity cover to 18 December 2026). 35 hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Grade: EVH 5 (PA 13 β 16).
Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a highly customer focussed individual with exceptional administrative, communication and organisational skills who is able to operate effectively within a strong performance culture. You will play a key administrative support role in the delivery of housing services across a range of activities including rent arrears, factoring, allocations, repairs and maintenance as well as voids, tenancy and estates management.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant proven experience (not necessarily in a housing environment). Be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good computer literacy (ideally in Microsoft packages) and must have well developed accuracy, organisational and analytical skills to enable the delivery of high quality services for our customers.
