About the Role
We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our Advice Services team at Southside Housing Association. We are a friendly, forward‑thinking organisation that values innovation, flexibility and positive communication. Our commitment is to deliver high‑quality services supporting our community.
We are looking to recruit a full‑time Housing Administrator (Advice Services) to provide an exceptional front‑line reception service to our customers and contractors at our Shields Road sub‑office and administrative support to the Advice Services Team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual, passionate about doing the right thing. The ability to work in an ever‑changing environment with competing pressures is necessary and the successful candidate will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and the desire to learn new things while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. A competence in using IT packages will be required.
