Easthall Park is looking to appoint a Head of Finance & Corporate Services due to the impending retirement of the current postholder. You will be a member of the senior management team and lead the finance & corporate services to ensure robust financial management and the delivery of corporate support services in the Association.
Easthall Park Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.
We have recently re‑set our Business Plan 2026‑29, where our vision is to make “Easthall Park a Great Place to Live”, which will guide and direct our work and services. You will have a key role in shaping organisational strategy, ensuring we are financially viable and sustainable, and implementing our operational work plan to achieve our objectives.
We wish to recruit a qualified and experienced finance professional with a track record of success in the delivery of finance and corporate services and who can inspire, guide and empower their colleagues. The successful candidate will have strategic qualities, possess strong leadership skills and be positive, dynamic and committed to our organisational values to excel in the role.
