Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is the leading membership body and collective voice for housing associations and co-operatives in Scotland. We exist to represent, support and connect our members. We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our small team.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Business Support Assistant, contributing to SFHA’s success by supporting all business functions. This is an exciting role for someone with enthusiasm, energy and a flexible approach to their work and is looking to gain a wide range of experience.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and the desire to learn to ensure our members receive the best possible service. You will be customer focussed, have excellent spoken and written communication skills, strong numeracy, and strong organisational, multi-tasking, administrative skills, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in the social housing sector is not essential, but you should be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
