This role provides specialist support across Health and Safety, governance, risk, assurance and compliance. You’ll help maintain risk registers, monitor control effectiveness, support internal and external audit processes, prepare assurance reports, and assist with statutory and regulatory submissions. You’ll also support the coordination of key governance activities, support policy reviews, and ensure accurate, timely information is available to senior managers and Board members. Working collaboratively across WHA, you’ll help embed strong assurance practices that support transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking for
We’re looking for someone who is detail focused, confident analysing information and able to work proactively across multiple priorities. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive or complex information with professionalism. Experience in governance, compliance, assurance or risk management would be beneficial, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy structured work, problem solving and supporting high standards across the organisation.
