Are you an experienced housing professional? If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you! We are looking for a full‑time Housing Officer to join our talented and dedicated Housing Services Team. You will have a key role in delivering a customer‑focused service to applicants and tenants within the Tweeddale area, with duties including allocations, void management, rent arrears, tenancy and estate management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a customer‑focused service to applicants and tenants within the Tweeddale area.
  • Allocate housing, manage voids, handle rent arrears, tenancy and estate management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience in housing management, preferably with membership or part qualification of the CIH.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerised rent accounting systems.

Requirements

  • Full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible, dedicated and highly motivated.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Must complete Standard Disclosure.
