About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and strategic direction across a broad and diverse service area. This is a critical role that ensures the effective delivery of property related operational services, driving performance, quality and continuous improvement across multiple teams. You will be at the centre of our operational delivery, managing customer contact services, front-line property management teams and multi-trade/cleaning workforces to ensure we meet contractual obligations and provide high-quality services to our clients. With significant responsibility for people, budgets and service performance, this role is ideal for an operational leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is committed to achieving excellence.
About you
- Significant experience leading and managing front-line services including call handling, reception, planning and core repairs, voids and cleaning functions.
- Extensive experience of operational leadership to a multi-trade workforce, setting clear objectives and KPIs for a multi client portfolio.
- Proven track record of resource planning, KPI delivery and operational decision-making.
- Significant experience managing contracts, suppliers and budgets.
- Strong financial management, budget control and procurement knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge of contract management and quality assurance.
- Strong project and resource planning capability.
- Comprehensive understanding of H&S legislation, RAMS and compliance requirements.
- Have a driver’s license.
- Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
