Loreburn Housing Association is seeking an experienced repairs leader to guide its Repairs & Maintenance function across Dumfries & Galloway.
This home-based role provides strategic leadership to ensure safe, responsive and value-for-money services for tenants.
You will oversee 38 FTE, manage budgets and contractors, drive improvements, and promote health and safety, building safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong focus on tenant outcomes.
