Join Hillcrest’s fast-paced Asset Management Team, supporting a diverse portfolio of social, mid-market and private rented homes, offices and commercial properties. Our Reactive and Estates service plays a key role in keeping our properties safe, well maintainedandproviding a positive experience for our customers.
About the Role
As Senior Property Officer, you’ll lead, coach and support our Property Officer Team, managing workloads, performance and development. You’ll oversee property inspections, estate management and complex property issues, including damp, mould and condensation (DMC).
About You:
You’ll have strong property knowledge and experience of working with contractors and/or an in-house DLO, alongside experience of leading and developing staff. You’ll be organised, analytical and confident managing complex issues, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You’ll also have the technical knowledge to assess property defects and support the team with complex inspections and repairs.
