Responsibilities
- Provide an effective, efficient maintenance service to tenants through reactive repairs, cyclical works, planned maintenance and tenant safety.
- Administer all aspects of the repairs service, liaise with contractors and service providers, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the Co-operative.
- Be proactive, take ownership of challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in the maintenance function, preferably in a housing environment, or hold a recognised qualification in a relevant discipline (formal qualification is not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in the use of Microsoft packages; committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
