Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland\’s premier venue for events, gigs, exhibitions and conferences. The Exhibitions Sales team consistently deliver growth through an increased number and diversified portfolio of live events. As Sales Manager you will work as part of the team to: Drive revenue through a combination of existing clients and securing new events from the exhibition and associated sectors. Assist in creating and executing the exhibition business development strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs to identify growth opportunities. We are a small sales team, but part of a much wider campus team that work together to deliver some of the biggest and best events in Scotland. Key attributes: Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, sales driven professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence. A strong communicator and natural team player who is/can become an advocate for the value of live events. We are looking for someone with proven ability in sales and business development. Live events, general media or venue experience is ideal (but not essential). Strategic and proactive but attitude is key.
