Job Description
ERP & CRM PROJECT MANAGER – SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS
Reports to: Head of Projects
Team: Projects
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 10 months
The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) – comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and The OVO Hydro – is Scotland's premier venue for events, concerts, conferences and exhibitions. With over 2 million visitors annually and a reputation for world-class events, the SEC is home to some of the biggest and most memorable live entertainment experiences in the UK.
We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused ERP & CRM Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for working as part of the Projects Team to:
- Deliver the successful upgrade of our current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to Business Central
- Support the scoping and implementation of a new CRM system.
- Manage internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate workshops with business users to gather and document current business processes and define target processes.
- Support change and communication plans to drive user adoption.
- Assist with developing training materials and facilitating end-user training.
