Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end change strategy for our transformation programme
- Assess organisational impacts and develop practical change plans
- Build change capability and frameworks to support our Transformation Programme
- Align change activity across multiple programmes to create a coherent experience for colleagues
- Monitor readiness, adoption and change risks, adjusting plans as needed
Qualifications
- Relevant change management qualification, equivalent to SCQF Level 8‑10, most likely at Degree level
- Proven experience leading change in a complex transformation environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to translate strategy into practical change, use data‑driven insight to measure adoption and impact, and embed change frameworks to support large‑scale transformation while managing risk and compliance
- Comprehensive leadership skills together with well‑developed influencing, negotiating and representational skills
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre‑employment checks and Disclosure Scotland check required
