We are recruiting for a full time Project Manager on a permanent basis. SEPA are embarking on an exciting Programme of Transformation covering how we regulate, our digital tools and how we engage with our customers. Project Managers will get an opportunity to support projects across the organisation, supporting SEPA to drive efficiencies and service improvements in line with Public Sector reform.
As Project Manager, that involves:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including detailed planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
- Manage project resources effectively, coordinating internal teams and third parties to optimise capacity, skills, and delivery timelines.
- Produce accurate and timely project reporting, providing clear insights on progress, performance, risks, and financials to senior stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact and maintain delivery momentum.
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a highly important role within our Governance, Performance & Engagement portfolio, which means you’ll need:
- Relevant experience or qualification equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10.
- Specialist expertise in Prince 2 methodology or equivalent project management accreditation/experience.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills (written, oral & presentations).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
