Responsibilities
- To act as SEPA’s Vetting Officer to process Enhanced Security clearance cases for relevant persons
- Deliver comprehensive business administration services to the Resilience team, including organising meetings, preparing papers and materials, recording actions and resolving internal and external inquiries
- Provide effective and efficient support to customers, ensuring a successful experience by resolving inquiries and issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience of handling sensitive information and to be security conscious
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the delivery of effective and efficient administrative services and business support to a defined team
- Evidence of the ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Experience of engagement with internal and external partners with confidence and authority
