  • Lead end to end change strategy for our transformation programme
  • Assess organisational impacts and develop practical change plans
  • Build change capability and frameworks to support our Transformation Programme
  • Align change activity across multiple programmes to create a coherent experience for colleagues
  • Monitor readiness, adoption and change risks, adjusting plans as needed

This is a highly important role within our Governance, Performance & Engagement portfolio, which means you’ll need:

  • Relevant change management qualification, equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10 most likely at Degree level
  • Proven experience leading change in complex transformation environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Comprehensive leadership skills together with well-developed influencing, negotiating and representational skills
