- Lead end to end change strategy for our transformation programme
- Assess organisational impacts and develop practical change plans
- Build change capability and frameworks to support our Transformation Programme
- Align change activity across multiple programmes to create a coherent experience for colleagues
- Monitor readiness, adoption and change risks, adjusting plans as needed
This is a highly important role within our Governance, Performance & Engagement portfolio, which means you’ll need:
- Relevant change management qualification, equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10 most likely at Degree level
- Proven experience leading change in complex transformation environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Comprehensive leadership skills together with well‑developed influencing, negotiating and representational skills
