We are seeking an accomplished Lead Receptionist for one of Scotland’s most prestigious private dental clinics. Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow for the last 16 years and due to expand in size, our vibrant practice offers a comprehensive range of state-of-the treatments. These include surgical, reconstructive and aesthetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics and facial aesthetics. Our reputation is built on clinical excellence and a personalised patient experience delivered by a committed and gifted team.

The Role

We are seeking a confident, polished professional who will connect effortlessly with our patients, demonstrate genuine care and set a calm, welcoming tone for their visit.

You will maintain an organised and inviting front of house area and manage appointment scheduling, communications and patient flow with accuracy and discretion.

Coordinating with our clinical and administrative teams, you will facilitate smooth daily operation and assist with ad hoc administrative duties to support the wider practice.

What We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills and a warm, naturally approachable presence
  • Extensive front of house or customer service experience, ideally within private healthcare, luxury hospitality or a premium client facing role
  • Impeccable organisation and the ability to multitask
  • Confident in managing booking systems, emails and phone calls with efficiency
  • Proficient in handling financials and adept with Software of Excellence.
  • Calm, composed and welcoming, even under pressure
  • Appreciation for patient confidentiality
  • A genuine passion for patient care and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in dental or clinical environments is highly desirable

Real Rewards, Real Support

Monday to Friday, 39.75 hours per week

  • Mon 8.45am-6pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Tue 8.45am-8pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Wed 8.45am-6pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Thur 8.45am-4pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Fri 8.45am-4pm (30 mins lunch)
  • £16 per hour/£33k pa
