We are now looking for a warm, organised, and patient‑focused Receptionist to join our growing team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to become part of a friendly and supportive team within a busy private dental practice. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing appointments and patient enquiries
  • Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
  • Handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintaining a smooth and efficient front‑of‑house service

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, ideally within a clinical or healthcare environment
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience with SOE software is desirable, although full training will be provided
  • A warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Confidence communicating with clinicians, patients, and colleagues
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
