The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to become part of a friendly and supportive team within a busy private dental practice. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for:
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
- Handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining a smooth and efficient front‑of‑house service
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, ideally within a clinical or healthcare environment
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with SOE software is desirable, although full training will be provided
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner
