Clinic: 5 Modern Surgeries | Digitally Equipped | Beautiful New Build

Scottish Dental Care are opening a brand new, state-of-the-art dental clinic in Winchburgh and we’re looking for a talented Clinic Manager to lead our team! This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a modern, digitally equipped, 5-surgery practice and play a key role in launching something truly special.

As Clinic Manager, you’ll support clinicians with chairside assistance when needed, ensure clinical areas are clean, organised, and fully equipped, and maintain accurate clinical records while ensuring health & safety compliance. You’ll also oversee financial administration, including patient payments, daily banking, NHS transmissions, and monthly financial reconciliations. Patient care is at the heart of what we do, so managing the recall system and responding to patient complaints with empathy and professionalism will also be part of your role.

On the leadership side, you’ll monitor staffing levels, ensure daily cover, lead monthly team meetings, and support the wider team to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a clinical practice management role, strong organisational and communication skills, a positive, proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.
