Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as an iTrent System Administrator/System Specialist or other comparable People and Pay system.
  • Excited by change, continuous improvement, and communication.
  • Assist in the scope, design, and testing of our people and pay system.
  • Provide insights into the continuous improvement of people processes, systems, and policies.
  • Offer first-line support to employees regarding the people and pay system.
  • Support the MI Analyst to meet reporting requirements by providing HR information.
  • Help achieve success by using excellent planning, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and excellent planning and organisational skills.

Qualifications and criteria:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an iTrent System Administrator/System Specialist or other comparable People and Pay system.
  • Excellent planning, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and deliver to time, cost, and quality standards.
