Working closely with the Education and Learning Manager, you'll help design, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning and development solutions that support professional, leadership and organisational development across SCTS. This is a varied and rewarding role with scope to shape learning experiences that make a real difference to our people and the wider justice system.

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and best practice
  • Experience designing and delivering professional, leadership or management training
  • Experience of the full learning lifecycle
