Dollar Academy is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator - Payroll & Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this key role supports the Finance function through ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll, supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments. The postholder will contribute to the smooth operation of payroll administration and the purchase ledger, maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external suppliers, ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll, supplier invoices, credit notes and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain payroll administration and the purchase ledger to support day-to-day finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Assist with data entry, reconciliations and month-end activities as required.
