ESMS are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to join the Commercial Enterprises department on a temporary basis from February 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks) until 16 August 2026. This is a part-time role, working a total of 21.75 hours a week across a three-day working pattern, working Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays; however, there is opportunity to discuss alternative work days for the right candidate. The pro rata salary for this role is £15,287 per annum.
The purpose of this role is to support the administration of the Commercial Enterprises department and to be a point of contact for our clients. The Commercial Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day running of a busy department by issuing client invoices, issuing client contracts, responding to initial client enquiries and liaising with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment and have strong database administrative skills. They will foster excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong stakeholder rapport and relationships and have strong organisational skills.
Eligibility: ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
