Our work showshow flexible working can improve wellbeing, help businesses thrive and reduce poverty by enabling people to getinto work and stay in work.We’re now looking for a strategic, creative, and values-driven communications professional to join our small butmighty team as our new Head of Communications and Marketing.**What you’ll be doing**This is a rare opportunity to influence how flexible working is understood and adopted across Scotland. You’ll beboth a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer – shaping our vision and voice, and then rolling up your sleeves tomake it happen.This role is perfect for someone who loves variety: one day you’ll be developing our marketing strategy and brandpositioning, the next you’ll be writing copy for a campaign, refreshing the website, or sending out ournewsletter.You’ll have full ownership of the function, plenty of scope to be creative, and the opportunity to directly see theimpact of your work on the growth of the business and wider use of flexible working.
