We’re looking for a passionate and practical Co-Producer to join the Deveron Projects team here in Huntly for at least 14 months. This role reflects our deeply collaborative approach within our team and with artists, communities and partners. Working across the organisation, from programme to operations, buildings to communications, our Co-Producers are essential members of Deveron Projects, creatively and practically co-developing the work we make, and how we make it.

It’s an exciting time to get involved. Over the coming year, our programme of events, artists’ residencies and community-led learning continue to be driven by the themes of Home, Land and Community. Through these themes we are making collaborative and place-based artworks that aim to build social movements. We are connecting communities and realising experimental, equitable organisational practices. Our work continues to broaden ideas of who and what makes art and culture in rural places.

We want to hear from you if you are curious, passionate and motivated, with experience, knowledge and networks that could support the development of at least one of our programme themes. This could include socially-engaged or contemporary arts practices, land work, movement organising, community development, rural/local cultures or others.

  • £32,640 per annum, pro rata
  • 32 or 40 hours per week
  • 14 month fixed term contract (extension funding dependent)
  • in Huntly, Aberdeenshire
