Out of the Blueprint are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to work as part of a small team in a busy print studio, supporting young people under 25.

The postholder will:

  • Co-ordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Out of the Blueprint studio
  • Undertake design, layout and riso printing for clients
  • Support the creative development of a broad programme of print based arts activities and training for young people aged 10 – 25 years old.

Fixed term post – 19th January – 27th Dec 2026

Part-time – 30 hours a week

Salary – £27.5k

Location – The Drill Hall, 32 – 36 Dalmeny Street, Leith, EH6 8RG.

The Out of the Blueprint Studio Manager position is a key role, underpinning our work “to develop Out of the Blueprint as being at the heart of a print-based multi arts scene in Leith/Edinburgh, specifically providing opportunities for young people under 25, both as trainees and as young artists, supporting them to thrive and flourish.”
