The Children’s Hearings System provides an operational setting in which SCRA and our partner agencies work. The aim is to provide a safety net for vulnerable children and deliver tailored solutions which meet the needs of the individuals involved, while helping to build stronger families and safer communities.

You will provide a comprehensive support service across the locality, ensuring the delivery of a flexible, effective, sensitive and customer-focused service. This will include the day-to-day operation of digital technology within SCRA’s Hearing suites, as well as utilising digital technology to deliver virtual hearings using our secure virtual platform (training will be provided).

Educated to higher level or equivalent, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with experience of providing administrative services.
