The Scottish Chamber Orchestra is seeking an exceptional Evaluation and Impact Manager to lead our approach to evaluation, impact measurement and organisational learning. Working closely with the Advocacy and Impact Manager and colleagues across the organisation, this is a unique opportunity to develop the evidence, insights and stories that demonstrate the contribution the SCO makes to artistic excellence, learning, community wellbeing and Scotland's cultural life.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in helping the SCO influence policy, strengthen advocacy, support fundraising and ensure that the impact of our work is understood by funders, policymakers, partners, audiences and communities.
You will lead the development and implementation of the SCO's Impact and Evaluation Framework, overseeing evaluation activity and producing high-quality insight that informs decision-making and organisational learning.
Experience within the arts, culture, education, community development or public health sectors would be advantageous, as would knowledge of social impact measurement approaches and experience with data visualisation or statistical analysis tools.
