The SCO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM and Ticketing Manager to lead our customer relationship and ticketing operations. You'll be the primary contact for Spektrix, managing its use and development across SCO departments including ticketing, marketing, fundraising and merchandise. Collaborating with internal teams and external venues, you'll ensure seamless concert setups, accurate data imports, and insightful reporting.
You'll also drive email campaigns via Dotdigital, support pricing strategies, and champion data governance and GDPR compliance. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about data, audience engagement, and the arts.
