Scottish Canals is seeking an exceptional leader to join the Executive leadership team as Deputy Director of People, Strategy and Transformation. You’ll shape organisational strategy, lead a broad portfolio of corporate services and provide visible, values-led leadership across multiple disciplines.

You’ll act as Deputy to the Director, delivering strategic leadership, governance, cultural change and lasting value for Scotland’s people, places and communities, with collaboration across.
