The predicted salary is between 25650 - 31350 Β£ per year.
We're looking for an organised, approachable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. You'll play an important role in keeping our Centre and organisational systems running smoothly, as well as being a key first point of contact for survivors and other organisations.
The role includes:
- General office administration
- Managing referrals and our case management database
- Data collection and reporting
- Supporting GDPR and HR processes
- Providing administrative support across the wider team
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of working with and maintaining effective office systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and organisations
- A good working knowledge of IT, alongside an understanding of data protection and GDPR processes
