We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of new‑build housing projects from contract stage through to handover. You’ll shape construction contracts, engage with contractors, ensure quality and compliance on site, and use your professional expertise to help us grow our development capacity.
Salary: £46,227 - £51,119 per year (pay award pending)
Location: Head Office, Selkirk and other locations as required (with regular site presence and travel as required)
Hours and terms: Full time (35 hours per week), permanent contract

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the construction phase of SBHA’s new‑build housing projects.
- Manage contractor relationships and monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
- Support procurement, contract development and project governance.
- Help deliver high‑quality new homes that meet local housing need.
