An exciting opportunity has arisen within business support in Social Work, Peebles to provide support to both Children’s and Adult Services. The role will support the team with administrative tasks such as:
- Answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
- Recording of information on the Mosaic client database
- Recording of Power of Attorney details on client database
- Processing Police Concern forms and other Team mailbox tasks
- Invoice processing
- Data input for charging purposes
- Financial transactions
- Ordering goods and services
- General administrative duties
You will also arrange, attend and take minutes for both services. You will provide valuable support to help guide staff through a period of change as we introduce digital transformation.
Essential
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
