Role Purpose

Scottish Borders Council are looking to recruit a Street Lighting Coordinator to support the street lighting team leader. The successful applicant will provide support in maintaining the Council's street lighting infrastructure assets, covering:

  • Street lighting
  • Illuminating signs
  • Traffic signals
  • Public space CCTV systems
  • Public facing electrical vehicular charging infrastructure
  • Building lights
  • Festive lighting

Essential

  • HNC/HND in a relevant engineering, business or financial discipline, or significant relevant experience in contracts and asset management.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of Road Lighting and associated infrastructure.
  • A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
