Role Purpose
Scottish Borders Council are looking to recruit a Street Lighting Coordinator to support the street lighting team leader. The successful applicant will provide support in maintaining the Council's street lighting infrastructure assets, covering:
- Street lighting
- Illuminating signs
- Traffic signals
- Public space CCTV systems
- Public facing electrical vehicular charging infrastructure
- Building lights
- Festive lighting
Essential
- HNC/HND in a relevant engineering, business or financial discipline, or significant relevant experience in contracts and asset management.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of Road Lighting and associated infrastructure.
- A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
