Business Support provide support to Environment & Infrastructure services. As a Business Support Assistant within the Transactions Team, your duties will include: • Processing Invoices • Mail Duties - processing incoming mail • Dealing with allocated tasks within the Transactions mailbox • Use of SBC applications such as Business World, Intranet, One Drive and Microsoft packages • Manipulating and extracting information within Microsoft Excel • Communicating with Service Management Staff • Use of bespoke IT applications • Providing Good Customer service to internal and external clients Scottish Borders Council – http://www.scotborders.gov.uk/ Essential Good standard of general education.
